Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH  has advised Karlsruhe based software company legodo ag  in the sale to a Swiss subsidiary of the NASDAQ-listed Actuate Corporation, USA. The sellers of the legodo ag are the founders of the company and the current management. It is the latest in a line of such deals which Luther has been involved with - last October, the company helped shareholders of metrigo GmbH in their entry into the Axel-Springer subsidiary Zanox.de AG and the Navi App manufacturer skobbler in the sale to the US-American company Telenav (January 2014).

Legodo ag was founded in August 2010 and employs around 60 employees. The software development company  specializes in the preparation of personalized customer correspondence: The software developed by legodo enables the company to use information from data management systems such as ERP or CRM for the personalized customer communication through different communication channels and it is  used by Deutsche Bahn, Deutsche Telekom, Lufthansa, Swisscom, and Telefonica.

Actuate International Sarl, which has its registered office in Villars-sur-Glâne/Switzerland, is a subsidiary of the NASDAQ-listed Actuate Corporation, a leading company in the area of personalized data analysis, evaluation, and visualization.  Actuate's headquarters are located in Silicon Valley (San Mateo, California/USA) and has more than 5,000 corporate customers in the financial service, technology and government sector.
