Technology is the top concern for luxury companies followed by regulatory issues and reputational damage, research has revealed. A survey of luxury companies and advisors revealed that two in three were dealing with legal issues around technology, closely followed by regulatory and reputational issues. Meanwhile 53 per cent of luxury companies and advisers said they had seen an increase in luxury and retail legal work in the past year. The survey was carried out for the Luxury Law Summit.
