The merger, announced in October, took place on 1 January. The firm has offices in Washington, Oregon and California. It says that it is now the eighth biggest in Seattle and in the top five in Portland. Chair of the new firm Dennis Rawlinson said: 'Our firm is stronger, with expanded services to serve clients all along the West Coast and across the country.'
