Stinson Morrison Hecker and Leonard, Street and Deinard will have 525 lawyers when the merger takes place on 1 January. The firm will have several offices in Missouri and others in locations including Washington, Arizona and North Dakota.
The merger follows a history of collaboration and, according to a statement quoted in the St Louis Post-Dispatch, the merger is a 'natural extension of a long-standing relationship'.
