Lawyers Mark Newton and Cynthia McGrae are joining forces to help women in the town of Chagrin Falls. 'We hope we can fill the need for women who require legal representation, especially in divorce, and in a more collaborative way,' Mr Newton told Cleveland.com. 'We want to empower them so they can feel like they're part of the team and they're educated as to what's going to happen to their children, their finances and their lives.' Before qualifying as a lawyer, Ms McGrae had worked in a women's aid shelter. She said: 'We noticed that women were being talked down to, not being included in discussions, and assumptions were being made about what they wanted.'
