Litigation partner Joseph J Frank will become global co-head of the Shearman's securities and enforcement team. According to the Shearman's statement, Ronan Wicks, on the finance side, was the global co-head of the banking and debts capital market group at Orrick, a practice which he set up with the other two finance partners who are moving, Patrick Flanagan and Jason White.
