Philippines urged to set up cyber crime courts
The Department of Justice's and its newly created Prosecution Task Force on Cybercrime are calling for specialist courts to be set up.

Secretary for the Ministry Leila de Lima said: ‘This specially trained unit is essential to enforce the new law against cybercrime. ICT (information and communication technology) is fast evolving and the department needs to learn to adapt to new threats. We also recommended to the Supreme Court that dedicated cybercrime courts be named.’ Source: Inquirer.net
