Skadden corporate trio join Hogan Lovells to beef up Frankfurt office

A leading Skadden Arps lawyer who advises Apax Partners, Matthias Jaletzke, is joining Hogan Lovells alongside a European counsel and a corporate associate.

Mr Jaketzke is expected to join the firm on 1 July. He has been advising Apax Partners for several years - and his other clients include Quadriga Capita; amd Bregal Capital. The European counsel joining with him is Hanns Joerg Herwig, a specialist in private equity funds in Germany and internationally.
