The incident

The medic was accused of refusing to give up his seat on Sunday's United Express flight UA3411 flight from Chicago to Louisville for the airline's staff. Mobile phone footage of his forcible ejection has caused a major incident for the airline with critics claiming officers were heavy-handed in taking the senior citizen from the flight. The uproar has seen United Airlines’ share price plunge. The footage has not escaped the eye of White House, which has voiced disquiet at what it called the 'disturbing' video.
