Two thirds of independents have changed business plans recently

Over 60 per cent of independent law firms have changed parts of their business strategy in the last year.

The research, carried out by LexisNexis, revealed that the changes are in response to evolving conditions - and are being seen as positive by many respondents.  Some 82 per cent of practitioners answering the survey said their business was either growing or stable. Over 75 per cent believe that constant evolution is needed for small firms to play a role in the top echelons of their market sectors. Source: Fresh business thinking
