Mr Justice Haddon-Cave, sitting in the Family Division of the High Court in London awarded the ex-wife some 41.5 per cent of the couple’s £1 billion marital assets. In his ruling, he determined that the woman now aged 41 had made an equal contribution to the anonymous couple’s 20-year marriage. Her legal team was led by Baroness Shackleton of Belgravia.
