Real estate finance partner Simon Tweedle is leaving Irwin Mitchell’s banking and finance practice to join Dentons, marking the latter’s fifth hire from Irwin Mitchell in just one week. Mr Tweedle has acted for several top-tier clients during his career, including HSBC, Lone Star and Macquarie Bank. Like the majority of those Irwin Mitchell lawyers who have left for Dentons, Mr Tweedly is a legacy SJ Berwin lawyer who joined Irwin Mitchell as part of a 20-strong real estate team hire in 2010. Though a spokesperson for Dentons has confirmed the hire, the firm has not said when Mr Tweedle will be starting.
