Ex-Dewey UK partners could be sued by liquidators

Former UK partners of failed firm Dewey & LeBoeuf could be sued by BDO, the liquidators, unless they have already contributed to a partner contribution plan (PCP).

So far nearly £572,000 has been received through the PCP. In comparison, some £28.5m of claims have been received from unsecured UK creditors. The PCP was set up in February last year. Full payments have already been made to the secured and preferred creditors. BDO is considering making an interim payment to the unsecured creditors. Source: Legal Business
