The non-exclusive cooperation between FIDAL and Van Benthem & Keulen will enhance the sharing of technical knowledge and allow both firms to combine their experience and expertise in order to better meet the expectations of their respective clients developing their activities in the Netherlands and in France.
Working relationship
Since 2015, the two firms have performed many engagements together and lawyers of the two entities have also taken part in several joint events in order to ‘nourish their mutual culture on various cross-border legal issues.
Building international legal network
Régis Lassabe and Yves de Sevin, respectively the president of the executive board and managing director of FIDAL, said in a joint statement: ‘We are delighted with this new agreement, which will enable us to expand our work in the Netherlands and reach out in this geographical zone. Following the agreements ratified with the Italian firm CBA and the American firm Loeb and Loeb at the start of the year, this is confirmation of our move toward building a legal network with leading international firms.’
