He says that his dismissal was without cause and was carried out in a way that was 'malicious, high-handed and unfair and constituted bad faith'. In documents that were filed to the court, Mr Buchart and his team say that he is due to compensation equivalent to his annual salary of C$96,000, five weeks holiday and continuing provision of benefits for an unstated period.
Significant mental distress
