The three are being defended by a team of lawyers, chosen by a group of 60 other Saudi lawyers who support the three. In its petition, the ministry has accused the three of using tweets, articles and caricatures to damage the ministry's reputation. But Sultan Al-Anzy, speaking on their behalf, said to the Saudi Gazette that the ministry was 'pursuing a policy of silencing those who speak out after finding fault with the ministry’s functioning'. Sultan Al-Anzy said that the defence team had prepared counterpoints regarding the case made against the three. Source: Saudi Gazette
