Legal Authority, said to be the world's largest portal for legal employment, has introduced a specialist 'new LinkedIn® optimization service', according to Digital Journal. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, BranchOut and other sites are also seen as important in the recruitment world but LinkedIn has pitched itself in the professional sector more than the others have done. Harrison Barnes, chief executive officer of Legal Authority, says: 'Now employers are ‘googling’ potential employees a lot more than before. ‘Optimizing’ a LinkedIn® profile enables a potential interviewee to be found easily in top search results and put the best foot forward even before a personal interview is conducted.'
