Linklaters is expanding its private equity practice with the arrival of Christopher Kellett as a partner in the Frankfurt office from 1 September. Mr Kellett was previously a partner at law firm Clifford Chance, where he was instrumental in establishing its German private equity practice, which he headed for many years. He is an expert in large and upper mid-cap segment transactions and has a long track record of successfully representing many well-known private equity clients. He also has extensive market knowledge and experience in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets.
Selectively strengthening PE practice
