The programme, which gives new associates two years of experience at the bank, will see its first set of lawyers complete their training this October and move back to Morgan Lewis. The lawyers receive the same training as Morgan Lewis associates but earn less. According to the Wall Street Journal, 'they sit in on meetings with senior lawyers, and perform legal research, draft memos and help analyze new regulations..'.
