Soon afterwards, claims Yelp, numerous positive reviews came in on McMillan Group, and some of them were made by employees of the firm. Yelp - whose users have posted up 39 million reviews of local businesses in the last eight years - accuses the firm in its law suit of breach of contract, intentional interference with contractual relations and two counts relating to California’s false advertising statutes.
