The issue surfaced, according to Cincinatti.com, in 2010 when the a comment was made on the firm, saying: 'Would never recommend. Didn’t abide by their own agreement. Communication was very poor.' Soon afterwards, claims Yelp, numerous positive reviews came in on McMillan Group, and some of them were made by employees of the firm.
