Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom has taken the title of the most arrogant law firm for the fourth year running but tops the bill for client service.

The survey, published as BTI Client Services A-Team by the Wellesley-based BTI Consulting Group, includes the views of hundreds of corporate counsel from Fortune 1000 companies. While Skadden Arps came top another 62 firms were mentioned. But Skaddens partners need not be too upset by the survey results - as the firm is also voted top on client service, being named 'best of the best' on 13 of the 17 category rankings in this field.
