Niche mergers continue as Cohen Milstein merges

Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll, a US plaintiffs firm, is merging with Leopold Law of Florida in a move that brings together two specialists in complex litigation.

The combined firm now has 80 lawyers. The merger extends Cohen Millstein's presence nationally through the addition of specialisms in product liability, major catastrophic injury and other areas.
