Profile

Reuben Guttman is a founding partner in the Washington, DC-based firm of Guttman, Buschner & Brooks. His practice involves complex litigation, the representation of whistleblowers, employment and civil rights. He has represented whistleblowers under the False Claims Act in cases returning more than $5 billion to the US government and various states. He is a founder of the website whistleblowerlaws.com and is a senior fellow and adjunct professor at the Emory University School of Law.
